The first step in building a sustainable community is to make the new generations aware of the importance of the environment and the fundamental role that everybody has in protecting it.
For this reason Prato Urban Jungle wants to enhance the activities of the schools in the field of environmental education, carrying out specific actions for teachers and students.

The educational project was proposed to Lippi, Fermi, Don Bosco, Sem Benelli, Tintori  Secondary Schools and Santa Gonda Primary School.

The activities were carried out throughout the school year and they were organized according to the following method: a first phase of participatory planning with the classes involved, then a second one more operative based on the creation of the flower beds and bugs hotel to be placed in the school garden.
