On Monday 1st March, the first edition of the course "Create your jungle" concluded with an interesting practical activity at the park of the former Hippodrome in Prato.

With an interesting practical activity at the park of the former Hippodrome in Prato, the first edition of the course "Create your Jungle", organized by Legambiente Toscana as part of the PUJ project, ended on Monday 1 March.
10 hours of lectures, held by biologist Andrés Lasso, that, in 5 weeks, allowed to deepen various aspects related to urban forestry: from biodiversity to ecosystem services, from techniques of design of a green space to the choice and maintenance of plant species, up to the analysis of some case studies, practiced and not only.

The course took place in online mode from the beautiful location of Manifatture Digital Cinema Prato, and it was very successful with the participation of about thirty people, with different backgrounds, ages and interests, demonstrating that the topic is heard and cross-sectional within the community. That is why we are already working to organize the second edition, which, we hope, can be held in the presence.
